Forma negativa
A forma negativa do Present Perfect Continuous é feita acrescentando-se not entre o Presente Simples do verbo to have (have / has) e o Presente Perfeito do verbo to be. O verbo principal permanece no gerúndio:

* FORMA CONTRAÍDA: haven't / hasn't

I have not been sleeping well since last week because my husband snores a lot.
(Não estou dormindo bem desde a semana passada porque meu marido ronca muito.)



They have not been using the blender for months. 
(Eles não usam o liquidificador há meses.)

She hasn't been living in San Diego since 1995. She has been living there since 1997. 
(Ela não está morando em San Diego desde 1995. Ela mora lá desde 1997.)

They haven't been working since nine o'clock.
(Eles não estão trabalhando desde as nove horas.)

Susan has not been reading any book for one year! (Susan não lê livro algum há um ano!)


NEGATIVE FORM: SUJEITO + PRESENTE SIMPLES DO VERBO TO HAVE + NOT + PRESENTE PERFEITO DO VERBO TO BE + GERÚNDIO DO VERBO PRINCIPAL
